		<description>The manual way can be a bit easier if you&#039;d explain to directly go to the folder and then press shift+right click at an empty space in the folder view, then click on command prompt from here, by this, they won&#039;t have to got to the folder by using cd command.
I even have a soft that can delete files even when they are used or no matter how so ever they are made undeletable, the soft can delete the file.</description>
